About the Artwork: Tempera is a very old painting technique, used in particular in ancient Egypt, by painters of Byzantine icons, and in Europe during the Middle Ages. Inspired by the technique of the Benedictines, I wanted to stroll through these golden ages of the history of the arts (my other home) touch post-impressionism with my fingertips and remember those Flemings when I strolled with mum close. Is it the sunset, as if to close this long day of work or the dawn that awaits me now that I have laid down my arms…
