How do I contact Galerie Jumelles?

Customers can email: support@galeriejumelles.com. Artists can email: artist@galeriejumelles.com. All emails will receive a response within 24 business hours of receipt.

You may also call us toll free (1-833-504-7149) Monday – Thursday, 9am – 4pm (EST). Evenings and weekends are by appointment.

Is the artist advisory service free of charge?

It is our mission to make our customers happy! We offer our advisory service free of charge to help you find your favorite piece. We’ll help you discover your taste or the style that best fits your passion, and make it easier for you to start or build your collection.

What happens once I’ve purchased art?

Once your order is received and payment is processed, the artist receives notification that their work has sold! We will call you to discuss shipping, to ensure that your new treasure arrives safely. Following packaging, the artwork is usually shipped within 2-3 days.

However, because all of our artwork comes from France and French territories, the journey includes crossing borders. While our process is efficient, there may be rare but unavoidable roadblocks at customs. Of course, we will be sure to keep you updated about any border delays!

 

Tell me about the artists and artwork on Galerie Jumelles

All of our artworks are originals – just like our artists! We have carefully selected each of the artists on Galerie Jumelles and have curated the content to bring our audience the best in French fine art. Our artworks are not reproduced in any way, except for our photography collections, which offer only limited editions (less than 10). In addition to the artists signing each piece of art, Certificates of Authenticity are provided for all artwork.

Who handles packaging and shipping?

The packaging of each work is handled by the person who knows the artwork best: the artist. Of course, we provide our artists with guidelines and assistance to make sure that your work arrives safely.

All of our shipping is handled by major carriers, such as DHL and UPS. Artwork with special requirements is handled on a case by case basis with special art carriers. The good news: relationships with our carriers help keep the cost of your delivery up to 60% lower!

Is the delivery of the artwork insured?

All artwork sold by Galerie Jumelles is insured, and the cost of the insurance is 100% covered by our gallery.

Returns & Refunds

Return policy

It is our privilege to bring to you the most talented creatives and the finest in French fine art from all over the world. We know how important your selection is to you. Therefore, we urge you to utilize our complimentary art advisory service and to choose your artwork carefully.as we are only able to accept returns under certain conditions.

If you are not completely satisfied with a work of art for any reason and would like to request a refund, you must contact Jumelles within 24 hours and return the purchase within five working days of receiving the order. If approved, the work may be returned for a refund, exchange, or credit equivalent to the purchase price, less shipping and handling charges. Beyond 5 days, no returns or refunds will be possible.

 

Damaged shipments

We work hard to make sure that both our customers and our artists are happy with the exchange.  We also take great care to ensure that damage does not occur during shipping. If you notice any serious damage to the outside of the package please do not sign for the delivery and contact us immediately.

To avoid accidentally damaging your work during unpacking, we recommend that you consider leaving the unpacking and installation of the artwork to a trusted professional.

Any refund requests for damaged shipments must be refused at the time of delivery, or returned immediately for a refund. For such request, an email must be received by Galerie Jumelles within 24 hours, with a digital image of the damaged attached. In order to protect the livelihood of our artists, damaged goods will only be accepted by Galerie Jumelles (for consideration for a refund) if this strict protocol is followed.
