And we know that community good — sharing resources and showing people we care — must be weaved into everything we do!
OUR EARLY FOCUS
In our first few years, our focus is on forming long term partnerships with people and organizations in communities where we can best serve. For 2022, our first partnership is with the orphanage of the SOS Children’s Village of French Polynesia.
OUR PROGRAMS FOR 2022
Sacs for SOS
Through our online boutique, we offer “Art Sacs”…100% organic tote bags adorned with the work of our artists. 100% of the profit from each bag are donated directly to the SOS orphanage to support the needs and education of over 60 kids, ages 3-18.
The Power of the Purchase
For every piece of art sold, we will provide a beautiful hand made “art sac” for a child in the SOS orphanage, filled with crayons, pencils, and other supplies for their learning and creative growth. As we grow, we will expand the program to help other children in need in the US and around the world.
Fundraising Art Auctions
This year, we are beginning to plan our first ever art auction to benefit the children of the SOS orphanage, as well as other organizations that supporting under resourced communities. Want to get involved? We need your help! If you would like to serve on an event planning committee, or to donate a piece of work to the auction, please be in contact with us! 100% of the profits from the auction will be donated or used to purchase much needed goods for children around the world.
Empowerment Through Commerce
It is our goal to support individual artists, and economic growth, in under-resourced communities. In 2023, through our boutique, we will begin to sell handmade goods, helping artisans create a sustainable living through their art.
